Recommended Use
Add one scoop (10g) to 500ml of chilled water in a shaker bottle. Mix for 20-30 seconds and consume immediately or keep chilled and consume within 3 hours.
For greater accuracy use weighing scales as the scoop provided is a measuring tool.
